We build the systems that don't break at scale.
Avery Automations is a small, deliberate team building long-term operational infrastructure for operators who plan to be here in ten years.
Founded in 2023 to give other operators the systems their businesses deserve.
Chase founded Avery Automations in November of 2023 with a clear goal: bring lasting value to fellow go-getters. Business owners with something real to offer the world deserve the same caliber of support that scales with them — not another contractor who builds something fragile and walks away.
We believe genuine relationships are the foundation of small and scaling businesses succeeding in today's world. Not another face behind a screen. Not another vendor in the queue. We put the relationship first, because the system has to last — and so does the partnership behind it.
Four principles. Every engagement.
Long-term, not transactional.
We don't drop off a build and disappear. We stay engaged because the system needs to evolve as your business does. Most clients work with us for years.
Genuine relationships.
Small and scaling businesses succeed on real relationships, not faceless support tickets. When you reach out, you reach a person who knows your project.
Technical proficiency, applied.
We don't chase tools or trends. We pick what fits your business and we use it well — including the parts (like AI) most agencies are still figuring out.
Built around your model.
No cookie-cutter solutions. Every platform, automation, and AI integration is designed around how your industry, your audience, and your team actually work.
To bring technical proficiency and creativity to small and medium-sized businesses by implementing powerful, effective, long-term online systems.
Small. Deliberate. Hands-on.
When you book a call, you talk to the founder. When you have a question mid-build, you talk to the person doing the work.
Chase Avery
Raised by two small business owners in Santa Barbara — Chase grew up watching what happens when systems break and what's possible when they don't. He blends his father's creative instinct with his mother's analytical rigor, and brings both to every engagement. He founded Avery Automations in 2023 to give other 'go-getters' the long-term operational infrastructure their businesses deserve.
Andrew Apodaca
A San Diego native pursuing software engineering, Andrew is the operational backbone of every project. He believes in failing fast, iterating, and constantly growing. He keeps every build on rails, on time, and documented for your team.
Richard White
Richard has been figuring out how things work — and how to make them work better — since 2016. The QA brain that catches what everyone else misses, paired with a genuine drive to make a meaningful impact through the work, big or small.
